The Question

As Lemon8 scaled globally, creator partnerships became increasingly complex.

The core challenge wasn’t growth — it was how to structure collaboration between creators, agencies, and internal teams without losing transparency, efficiency, or governance.

How do you turn a fast-growing, relationship-driven creator ecosystem into a scalable, operable platform system?

The System

I led the design of Lemon8’s Creator Partnership Management Platform, focusing on three foundational layers:

• Creator–Agency Binding & Authorization Model

  A system-level relationship model that defined how creators, agencies, and organizations connect — with clear permissions, ownership, and boundaries.

• Standardized Global Campaign Infrastructure

  Built and scaled the Festa Campaign Platform to unify campaign setup, execution, and evaluation across regions, reducing setup time by 40%+.

• Operational Intelligence & AI-assisted Efficiency

  Introduced AI-powered content understanding and search agents to support moderation, discovery, and operational workflows, significantly improving efficiency and satisfaction (NPS +51.7).

My Role

• Owned product vision and system architecture

• Designed lifecycle workflows across onboarding, collaboration, and campaign execution

• Partnered with Ops, Legal, Data, and regional teams to align governance with real-world operations

• Drove global rollout and iterative refinement based on regional feedback

The Outcome

• Enabled hundreds of agencies and large creator networks to collaborate transparently at scale

• Improved campaign quality and submission efficiency across regions

• Established a reusable system blueprint for creator lifecycle management

Why It Matters

This project reinforced a core belief that shapes my work today:

Creator platforms don’t scale by adding features — they scale by designing the right systems of relationships.

That insight directly informs how I now think about AI-native content platforms and experience modeling.
